Taking Care of your Bones
My father is always telling me that he has problem in his back. That is why I’ve help him to consult a doctor because he’s too weak to walk long distance. The doctor advice him to take joint pain product to overcame his injury. His injury was very common to individual of his age. The doctor also told him to take high calcium food to avoid osteoporosis. Lessons learned, I have to take care of my bone while I’m still young.
