I went to the gym two days ago to meet a friend. My usual gym day is only once a week and I had it already last Monday. So this is the second time that I am here. I think that I should change my gym schedule because I think that I am not losing the weight that I have to if I only go there for at least once a week. I am a 3rd year nursing student and a life saving organization  volunteer. I have been doing this since I was in my freshman year and I love what I do.
