Low in Vitamin C?

I just thought that I’m low in vitamin C because almost everyday I do have colds. I don’t know if it’s my immune system or it’s just the air that I’ve breathe. According to my research, colds are sometimes caused by dust and unfiltered air. The solutions I have in my mind is to buy an air purifier. So I search in the internet about air purifier reviews. Rockler AFS-1000B Air Purifier according to critics and it’s customer, it is the best air purifier right now. It cost around $230 which is quite reasonable price. It filters air and dust which is I really wanted. I’ll probably try to use an air purifier this month, and Ill update you on these.
