Having the Right Shoes

June 23rd, 2008 by admin

If you are into sports like me, you’ll definitely feel that your life became more exciting. I am into sports when I was in my elementary years and I was the top runner for it. I don’t want to be a runner because I think that sport is only for the boys. My uncle said that a woman runner is more exciting to watch, and I can be put into some records for being the first woman runner. My mother even bought me running shoes online because she was so excited about it and now I know that they were just making that up for me to feel alright with the sport.

My mother picked me wrong kind of running shoes. Why? Because she didn’t think of my footwear before she bought it. She just bought it because it looked good on the outside and the price is expensive and she wanted me to have the best. I didn’t realized that before and I thought that new shoes are always like that. But when I grow old and have my own mind, I thought of buying shoes not just because they look good but if fits me as well and made me feel comfortable like Nike Air max.

Conquering Depression

June 18th, 2008 by admin

Honestly I got a lot of problems lately that include dealing with dilemmas in life. One of which is the fact that a wireless company is offering me a contract regarding cell phone tower leases. It is a problem for me because I don’t want to deal with legal stuff.

I think depression is quite common with a lot of people. I really want to get over it but I read somewhere that in order to beat it, I need to understand what are its symptoms and its causes. I would probably have mistaken depression with other things. I guess depression is associated with different things and characterized based on its severity. It is good to learn some its symptoms. Being sad the whole day is a sign of depression. Of course it includes guilty feelings, hopelessness and worthlessness. When you are depressed, you lose energy and you get easily tired. Insomnia and other sleeping disorders are associated with depression. It is hard to focus when you are depressed.

The effect of depression also includes weight lost and physical problem such as headaches and migraine. I guess the best way to conquer depression is to tell a friend so that you can release all the negative things. If you know someone suffering from this illness, tell him to seek the help of a doctor because it not depression can lead to suicidal attempt.

Medicaid Attorney in New Jersey

June 14th, 2008 by admin

As most will know Medicaid is an extremely complicated area of the law. With the different statues, rules and regulations that regulate the Medicaid program, it can be a nightmare to understand. These rules and regulations are constantly changing over time and with each State governed by different laws it is imperative that you employ the services of a good Medicaid Attorney to assist you in understanding all these rules and regulations.

I found a great Medicaid Attorney in New Jersey who said they would do everything possible in order to assist me in becoming eligible for Medicaid assistance to pay for my long-term care costs in the future. Without the help of Medicaid I don’t think I could survive the cost of living in my old age and I would never want to be a burden on my children financially. My advice – if you are close to retirement, seek the services of a good Medicaid Attorney as soon as you can.

Internship Experience

June 5th, 2008 by admin

Having to learn a lot of things about medicine makes me feel that I am a better person. I help people recover from what they have been going through and help them with their needs as long as I can, medically. Being a nursing student is a great job for me in the future because I am having fun with it and I am comfortable even if sometimes I see people die right in front of me, but I have to look at the brighter side, I still help save people lives.

Me and my friend were invited by one of the doctor’s in the hospital I was doing my internship. He is going to a drug rehabilitation and alcohol rehab centers. I was thrilled because I will get the chance to see the other side of the healing world aside from the hospital I am working at. I did an alcohol research a few days back because we have the chance to talk to patients for free. Better be ready for it because I was also thinking of making a short speech in my class about it when I get back this Monday.
