I was a bit nervous last week because I thought I was infected by the deadly virus of mosquito, Dengue. Dengue is a disease by which can be acquired a simple bite of a mosquito to you. It is very deadly virus because it can kill you within a week if there is no proper medicine and rest has been taken prior to the acquisition of the virus. 5-10 years ago Dengue has exploded and have killed over thousands of individuals(kids and adults) whatever your age. According to the website I’ve read about dengue, it can also kill you within 24 hours if the carrier of the virus has strong dengue virus. I’m a bit lucky that until now the disease is still haven’t taken me yet.

What are the symptoms of the disease? Unlike other dangerous diseases, Dengue’s symptoms is just like a simple fever. Which is by the way quite mislead you regarding your present situation. Also one of the signs that you have acquire the disease is if you happen to have yellowish urine. Basically if you have fever and have yellowish urine, it’s better to consult your doctor and let him examine your blood. In this way, it will prevent you from further spreading of the virus through your body. And will probably save your life.

I don’t know how you called this but every morning I have this colds always. I just noticed this a year ago. But after a month working and sleeping in the province I’ve noticed that my colds was gone and every morning I don’t have this colds. Who should I blame for this? I think I can blame it to our malfunctioning electric fan. I just discovered that whenever the electric fan is not rotating and directly hitting me, on the morning I have this “morning sickness” which I’m very disappointed about. Now I’m thinking of a solution to this problem. What I will do is just replace our electric fan and buy a new working electric fan. I think this will save me lot of penny because every month I have to buy drugs for my colds and sometimes cough. It is true that health is wealth”. I should take care of my health and help myself to be healthy that is why I’ve bought vitamins and minerals to be able to stay healthy. I’ll let you know my health situation on my next post. I don’t why I have this illness again, colds. It’s been 3 days now since I’ve experienced this colds. I don’t know whats the problem but I remember when I’m browsing the internet looking for a good school for Orlando culinary training, I don’t have a shirt and it’s quite cold at that time and also I have to blame that for 3 consecutive days, I’ve slept around 3am. And I think thats unhealthy for me. Now I’m thinking of taking my regular routine, taking vitamin C. It’s been a misery when I have this illness. I’m planning to go to a E.E.N.T. Specialist to consult my case.

Right now, I’m taking a lot of rest but the problem is my head is aching if I slept too much. Honestly, I’m quite desperate to remove this illness totally that I have to pray everyday that this illness will go. I’ll update you on my condition over the next 3-4 days. For now, I have to take more rest and sleep early. Hopefully this therapy will work again. I’ll let you know what are the other things that I’ve considered to do for this illness to get removed.

Just recently purchased Medical E-book for my sister’s iphone because she recently finished her studies in Bachelor of Nursing. And now this E-book will probably help her on the licensure exam she will take this November. She’s quite excited and nervous on her exam. On this Medical E-book that I’ve bought for her contains medical terms and descriptions that she needed for her to understand medical practices. It’s been 4 years now when she decided to be a Nurse. I remember when she told me about her dreams of helping less fortunate people who can’t afford the medicine and the proper care for disease individual.  She really have a golden heart and that makes her really special for me and to my family.

Before I thought iphone cannot read PDF files, but after my sister told me that her friend has it on her new iphone, I’ve decided to buy her the E-book for her iphone. On November she is destined to take the licensure exam and hopefully will passed the exam. All of my prayers are for him so that she can help more people. I know in the next 5-10 years we will be having our own life, me getting married to my dream girl and her having a family and working either on London or Australia. So I want to make this opportunity to spend quality time with her together with our family.

Over the last few weeks of my moms life we held her to a hospice care because his illness isn’t curable at all and we need a place where we could give her the proper care she needed. It was really sad to see my mom in that condition, with that kind of illness. We choose hospice options because we know it’s the perfect place for her with her condition. She had a problem with her kidney in the past which led to aggravate her liver that causes her death eventually.

Looking back on her past life, it was really hard for me to accept that she’s gone now, and everything is history so to speak. If only she had take care of her body and had regular health check-up from physicians and experts this won’t happen. The moral of the story always make sure you have a regular check-up from trusted doctors and as much as possible if you feel something in your body that you think isn’t normal, don’t hesitate to go to hospitals. After suffering from series of illness in the last 4-5 months I’ve finally found the cure to my illness. Over the last 4-5 months I’m suffering from colds, and cough. It was the dark age of my life so far because I can’t enjoy my everyday life because this illness bothering me. I’m glad that my father hire a Melbourne Nannies to take care of my household chore that I don’t want to do because of my situation. Not I’m feeling energetic right now and pumped up. I hope this energy I have right now will be sustain and be healthy for the rest of my life.

What are the things that I’ve done to be healthy? My primary reason why I stay healthy up to now is the proper rest that I’ve done for over the last 2 weeks. I’ve changed my sleeping habits a little bit. Today I can sleep between 10pm-12 am without problem. Unlike before it will took me 3am-6am before I get to bed because of probably insomnia. Now I’m currently working on exercises and healthy diets because I’m getting fat right now. Too bad for me because my sisters and other relatives are teasing me because I’m getting fat already.

My friend was having a problem about her weight for years now. He already consulted me about Weight loss programs that I know. This is because way back in college, I used to be so fat and weigh almost 200 pounds. I exercised and went to the gym, diet and took proper sleeps for a year and so I lost more than 80 pounds.
