Lately, I’ve been having eye and leg problems while driving. My legs are swelling if I’m driving. And during night, I can’t see the road really well maybe because of the nature of my work. I’ve been spending my everyday in front of my computer without exercising. I know it’s not healthy to just sit around and face the computer the whole day. But it’s my way of living and it pays the bills.
The adjustment that I have to make is every morning I promised to myself to make some stretching before facing the computer. Eat healthy foods especially that one that helps my eyesight and less cholesterol (for my heart).
